• STOP and think on the The Pareto Principle which states that roughly 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts. Think about the 20% of activities that you can do to make a connection with your audience to get 80% of the results.
• Get your audience to COLLABORATE with you. Find ways, such as social media, to get others to help serve and love your audience in the same way that you do. This will allow you to ultimately reach an even wider audience.
• Truly LISTEN to what others have to say. Ask your audience what matters to them.
